 -Lunch:  Mixed Greens Salad w/ Green Onions, Cucumber, Strawberries,  Hemp Seeds, Avocado and Lemon-mint Vinaigrette

 -Dinner: Roasted  Vegetables w/ Herb Pesto and Savory Seed Granola

Tuesday:

The Whole JAM Cleanse is a custom meal plan service that provides you maximum nutritional benefit to give your body systems the fuel it needs to keep you in optimal health . Our cleanse menus are designed with your needs in mind and include a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy snacks for each day of your plan. You can sign up for 5 days, with option to extend, and delivered straight to your door!

Why should you consider a cleanse?

The Whole JAM’s cleanses are designed to give your body a break from some of the foods in our regular diets that cause inflammation. Inflammation affects us in a variety of ways, from causing digestive problems, to energy loss, aches and pains, autoimmune issues, allergies, insomnia, and sometimes even serious illnesses. The Whole JAM cleanse will give your body a reboot, and you’ll likely notice some positive, overall differences in how your body feels— a boost of energy, improvements in sleep… oh, and you might lose a couple pounds too!

WHEN are CLeanses offered?

Cleanse weeks will be offered during specific blocks of time through the year, giving some flexibility on when you can commit to a week of treating your body right. There is a minimum of 5 people required to run a cleanse during a planned time period.

HOW does it work?

Contact Jen directly, if you are interested, with the week you would like to do the cleanse (please provide an alternate as well) and any dietary info. The posted menu will be the base, and any alterations can be made according to overall group needs.
