One or two weeks a season we offer a menu of meals designed to reset your diet and get you on track to eating as healthy, and sustainably, as you want.  You can opt for a full service meal prep option or do it yourself!

JAM offers a menu of healthy, family friendly meals, sides, desserts, kids meals and more to stock the fridge for the week. Order by noon the day before to have dinners delivered by evening of any of our 3 delivery days and have ready made meals to heat and serve for the rest of the week!
