Tuesday:
Breakfast: Banana-Cinnamon Smoothie
Lunch: Kale Salad w/ Brussels Sprouts, Apples, Sunflower Seeds, BBQ Tofu Croutons and Maple-Cider Vinaigrette
Dinner: Sesame Zucchini Noodles w / Spicy Sun butter Sauce, Stir fried Vegetables and Sesame Seeds
Snack: Avocado-Spinach Dip w/ Vegetable Crudites

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Grain Free Over Night “oats” w/ Berries
Lunch: Teff Tabouli Salad w/ Cucumber, Tomatoes, Avocado, Beanless Felafel and Tahini-Lemon Sauce
Dinner: Vegetable Curry, Mango Chutney,  Spiced Pumpkin Seeds and Indian Coconut Flour Crepes
Snack: Goji Berry-Seed Snack Bars

Thursday:
Breakfast: Coconut-Berry Muffins
Lunch: Mixed Greens Salad w/ Asparagus, Fennel, Grapes, Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Avocado-Basil Dressing
Dinner:  Roasted Ratatouille w/ Spaghetti Squash, Herb-Tofu “Ricotta” and Sunflower Seed “Parmesan”
Snack: Sweet potato Hummus w/ Mary’s Gone Crackers

Friday:
Breakfast: Acai Smoothie Bowl w/ Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds and Cacao Nibs
Lunch: Thai Spiced Zucchini Soup w/ Coconut and Lemon w/ Grain Free protein bread
Dinner:  Marjoram-Garlic Roasted Beets and Carrots w/ Garlic Kale,  Basil Pesto Sauce and Spiced Grain Free Savory Granola
Snack: Sun butter Cacao Balls

Saturday:
Breakfast:  Berry-Cacao Protein Smoothie
Lunch: Roasted Vegetable Soup w/ Loads of Herbs and Aduki Beans
Dinner:  Mango Burrito Bowl w/ Cilantro Broccoli-Cauliflower Rice, Shredded Cabbage, Avocado, Red Pepper, Mango Salsa, Spiced Tempeh and Pumpkin Seeds
Snack: Pumpkin Seed-Herb Pate w/ Cucumber Rounds

Sunday:
Breakfast: Acai-Chia pudding w/ Fruit, Coconut and Hemp Seeds
Lunch: Pulled Jack Fruit lettuce Wrap w/ Pickled Onions, Avocado, Papaya and Sesame Seeds
Dinner: Grain Free Cauliflower and Shiitake Pancakes w/ Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Parsley Gremolata, and “Cheesy” Vegan Cream Sauce
