Lunch: Vegetable-Avocado Nori Rolls w/ Cauliflower Rice, Ginger-Sesame Sauce, Vegan Spicy Mayo and Sesame Seeds
Dinner: Roasted Lemon Sweet potato Puree w/ Spinach-Herb-Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Roasted Broccoli, Currents and Lentils
Snack: Raw Berry- Cacao Truffles

Tuesday:
Breakfast: Banana-Cinnamon Smoothie
Lunch: Kale Salad w/ Brussels Sprouts, Apples, Sunflower Seeds, BBQ Tofu Croutons and Maple-Cider Vinaigrette
Dinner: BBQ Tempeh and Vegetable Fajitas over Cauliflower Rice w/ Guacamole
Snack: Avocado-Spinach Dip w/ Vegetable Crudites

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Grain Free Over Night “oats” w/ Berries
Lunch: Sesame Zucchini Noodles w/ Spicy Sun butter Sauce, Stir fried Vegetables and Sesame Seeds
Dinner: Vegetable Curry, Mango Chutney,  Spiced Pumpkin Seeds and Indian Coconut Flour Crepes
Snack: Mint-Cacao Protein Truffles

Thursday:
Breakfast: Coconut-Berry Muffins
Lunch: Mixed Greens Salad w/ Asparagus, Fennel, Grapes, Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds and Avocado-Basil Dressing
Dinner:  Mushroom Bolognese w/ Spaghetti Squash, Herb-Tofu “Ricotta” and Sunflower Seed “Parmesan”
Snack: Sweet potato Hummus w/ Mary’s Gone Crackers

Friday:
Breakfast: Acai Smoothie Bowl w/ Coconut, Pumpkin Seeds and Cacao Nibs
Lunch: Thai Spiced Zucchini Soup w/ Coconut and Lemon w/ Grain Free protein bread
Dinner:  Marjoram-Garlic Roasted Beets and Carrots w/ Garlic Kale,  Basil Pesto Sauce and Spiced Grain Free Savory Granola
Snack: Sun butter Cacao Balls
